So I have the basic sore throat, sneezing, stuffy nose ick! I realize you have let it run it course, but I'd like to shorten it if at all possible. I'm currently taking vitamin C, and drinking lots of water. I don't agree with "starve a cold, unless you can convince me otherwise. Also, wondered about working out, if it helps boost the immune system or if rest if the best possible solution.
