  1. Good friends that love you and make you feel good about yourself!

    also, making yourself look hot and like taking pics of yourself, or smiling at yourself in the mirror. i know, it sounds pretty stuck up, but loving what you look like when you leave the house every day makes you feel sassy and confidant!!!

  3. think of something fun that your going 2 be doing after the match er game or whatever. By doing this you can be excited and gain energy resulting in confidence.
