Whats the best credit card for accruing qantas frequent flyer points?

Here are a couple of links. Comparing them The AMEX card is better albeit more expensive to join, however ANZ dont give you nearly as many points for your Dollars spent!

I think the ANZ frequent flyer visa but it has an annual fee of $40 and you have to pay around $90 as an initial join up fee to FF even if you're already a member.
