Question:

Whats the best diet and exercise and diet plan for me?

i weigh 160 im 5'7" im not fat i just need to tone up a little! i would like to weigh 135 any ideas???

  1. Start here:

    Diet:

    1. Eat 5-6 smaller meals per day

    2. Stop eating refined carbs (WHITE bread, rice, pasta, etc.)

    3. Stop eating sugar

    4. Eat lots of vegetables and lean protein like chicken, beans, etc.

    Exercise:

    1. Do 30-45 minutes of cardio exercise 5 times per week

    2. Figure out what type of exercise you enjoy doing (i.e., running, riding yoru bike, swimming - it makes it a lot easier to stick with a routine)

    3. Get a pair of dumbbells and an exercise ball and start doing some light toning exercises at home


  2. Have you considered doing some cardio exercises?  I don't know if you belong to a gym or not, but if so, your trainer may recommend it.  He/she might even suggest working with light weights to help tone up.

    Just a suggestion.
