Whats the best equipment for digital recording of a face to face conversation?

Hi i need to record conversations that i have with people face to face (obviously with their permission). I need to be able to record the conversation, and then convert it into a digital file on my PC, before sending it off to a third party.

Any suggestions?

I use one of those little Digital Voice Recorders (ie. an Olympus VN-480 PC). The ones with the PC suffix have a USB connection for downloading the files (they are in a standard .wav file format) to a PC.
