yes if i am eating healthy and losing weight what additional exercise is best to 'help' with the weight loss?

  1. Shifting your eating habits is a start.

    Do 10 incline sit ups to start every day.  Work up a goal to 25 .  You'll tone and lose mass.    But again. Watch the eating habits.  Especially the times of the day you eat.


  2. any type of fast walking n or running you could do 1000 a sit up and not lose any weight in that area.

    sit ups are for toning only.

  3. you can't "shift" weight, you have to lose it altogether.
