Whats the best exercise to work on my..?

like whats the correct way to do it bc i usually feel the pain on my back not on my stomach

and i also dont want a 6 pack i just want to have a flat stomach

so what exercise should i do, how much and how often?

also to work out my butt whats the best exercise?

  1. How about raised knee sit ups and for you *** just cycling i suppose and if you wanna do it at the same time do raised knee sit ups but move your knees like your riding a bike:)
