depends on your budget - the best is probably something called StriVectin, but I'm fairly sure that's about £100!

Most places offer good eye creams now, so take your pick.

However, if it's only for dark circles, as opposed to puffiness or bags, it would be cheaper and better to invest in a good concealer. Yves Saint Laurent's famous 'Touche Eclat' is apparently outstanding at covering up dark circles!

hi janey,answered this question before on this subject , ive used ...dermablend cream and finishing powder to set it ......works a treat , you can order it from boots the chemist but only at the pharmacists dept ,a little expensive mind you but lasts for ages 3 colours to suit your skin tones ,hope this helps you tc x
