I work at Subway and I never tire of the food.  There are tons of healthy choices, and if you avoid the obviously fattening options (bacon, broccoli & cheese soup, chips) and opt for healthier ones, (fresh meats, apples, yogurt) then you will have a nutritious and delicious meal.  Sometimes the calories rack up after adding cheese and fatty sauces, and can even equal the number in a burger from McDonald's or Burger King, but the grams from fat are never even in the same league.  Subway makes everything fresh to order and the prices are also reasonable.  Five dollar footlong, anyone?

in my opinion McDonald's is my fav. but i love wendy's cuz they hve mt. dew where i live and i love burger king for their fries but McDonald's has the best overall menu and prices and their food is engineered to b wonderful..lol

Burger King or Taco Bell cause I want what my money pays for not some small piece of meat covered and caked in ketchup or mayo or some kind of sauce McDonald's use on everything and Wendy's they never ever get our orders right ever ever

Based upon my own experience Quiznos Subs is the best!  Check out the large mesquite chicken with bacon, it's mmmmm.

Also, if you avoid the soups and avacado-based subs there is no trans fat to worry about at Quiznos.
