My favorite was BJ Penn vs Jens Pulver during the season Finale of TUF (6 It think?)

BJ Penn is one of my favorites.  I know its typical but I love seeing him take extremly talented fighters apart.

Hughes vs. Trigg II was the greatest come back fight I've ever seen. Hughes was kneed in the groin and put into a rear naked before turning the tables and submitting Trigg by rear naked choke.

However I still haven't seen a war as good as Bonnar vs Griffin at the TUF Season 1 Finale.

The most entertaining UFC fight i've ever seen was Griffen vs. Bonnar at the 1st TUF finally, not the most technical  fight but definatley the most entertaining stand up war.

Guida vs Huerta - hands down.  Technical ground fighting, good standup, nonstop action through the whole bout.  

I really like watching Karo Parysian fight too, though...his fights aren't that spectacular, but nobody can throw better than Karo, and 90% of fighters in the UFC don't know how to defend really good judo.

The best fight ive ever seen in the UFC has to be either Frank Shamrock vs Tito Ortiz when he made Tito tap like a little girl, and probably Guida vs Huerta was also a good one. Wanderlei vs Rampage 2 was a really exciting fight also, which was in Pride

My number 1 fight is Forest Griffin V Stephan Bonnar at the TUF finaly, that was an amazing stand up fight! Second has to be Wanderlei Silva v Rampage 2 (I know it was in Pride, but it was one awesome fight!) and lastly Wanderlei Silva v Liddell @ UFC 79 that was also a very exciting fight!

Recently I'd say it's a tie between Huerta v Guida and Griffin v Edgar. All time my favorite is Couture vs Rizzo 1.
