Whats the best for my group of 55 members? to rid of this gal?

to change names of group? cus she has lotts of e mails, she wants to stay to Annoy me, only 2 out of 55 likes her. What shall i do? is changing names to group a good idea?

  1. Why not just ban her?  if she is upsetting everyone and is no aset  get rid of her.
