Whats the best for work? uk or ireland?

For a foreigner, student, without a perfect english but witha very good one, what's the best for work? I heard Ireland pays more and work is not very stressing. but i heard uk currency is much better and lots of opportunities. now you tell me whats the best?

There is no work in ireland at the moment the country in going into recession and i hear england is going the same way so if i was you i would head to oz i hear there is plenty of work there and a great place to live
