Whats the best foundation to use with pale skin and red hair?

hi everyone i have red hair and very pale skin and have always used avon cream to powder foundation as i find it goes on really well and looks lovely on although i do have to confess it does make me look like i have been tango. what is the best foundation to use i'd be greatfull for any suggestions thanks

I have the same problem :D

Try Maxfactor age re-newel foundation its 11 pounds but really helps.

well i am blonde and very fair... and i use max factor colour adapt in the lightest one i think its called creamy ivory... try it i think its very good

Mac do some really great colours for fair skin, chanel foundation in clair are good on pale skin too :)

If I were you, I would go to Body Shop or one of the bigger Boots or department stores and go to the make-up counter and ask for advice.  They will help you decide what type of foundation and the colour.

Have you tried No.7's solid foundation? It is great stuff and the lightest shade is very light.

I have red hair and pale skin as well and i find that foundation from the natural collection (available from boots) is really good.

Tip: if you use power and liquid foundation use a foundation brush(same brush for both)  it goes on extremely smoothly.

hey,

i am fair but with brown hair, i use TRUE MATCH by LOREALthe shade is ROSE IVORY i find its great and no tell tell lines. i have had the problem for years gettin foundation that is just too dark even though it says light. good luck xx
