1. Bit Defender

2. Kaspersky

3. Eset Nod 32

Since Bit defender is a bit new, I would suggest you to go for Kaspersky 2009.

Just download it from softpedia.com or download.com

It doesn't need any serial. Just at startup, it asks for activation.

Antivirus finished, now about spyware, I would suggest you to go for Spybot S&D.

About firewalls, you can go for ZoneAlarm or Komodo firewall, but if you get ESET Smart Security, it has its own firewall, so that would be much better.
