  1. I usually ferment bags of raisins in my bathtub to create the most exonerating Zinfandel


  2. Welches frozen grape juice. Non pasturized. Just add sugar water and yeast. If you watch the temperature and do the decants, you will have a nice smooth wine. Did it 40 years ago and it worked very well.
