  1. There are no top rated hotels in Rosarito but these seem to be popular with tourists and visitors.

    Hotel Los Pelicanos

    Las Rocas Resort & Spa

    or maybe consider renting a villa

  2. There are many new ones in Rosarito, but the old Rosarito Beach Hotel is a treat. The tile work alone is museum quality, its right on the beach with security. Check the Rosarito Beach website.
