  1. I'll second the first answer.  Don't mess with the internet and just make a quick stop at a local supermarket like King Sooper's.

Another option is to stop at a Safeway and check out the Gold C Coupon books.  Some years they have heavily discounted or Buy one/get one coupons.  You have to buy the book (usually $20) but it may save you quite a bit of money.

  2. If you are travelling into Denver from out of state, the best bet is to purchase your lift tickets at the local grocery stores along the front range (King Soopers, Safeway, Albertsons).  These locations sell cheap lift tickets to Denver locals.  Cheaper than you will find on the internet, and much cheaper than you will pay for at the ski resort ticket window.

I suggest you locate a King Soopers in the Denver area in your internet phone book, call their customer service desk, and ask them what the current prices are for Breckenridge, Keystone, Copper, Winter Park, etc.  You will be suprised at the pricing.

If you purchase your tickets before the ski season begins, September - October, you can buy 4 packs for $100 dollars.  4 days for 100 buks, pretty good deal, $25 a day.  The 4 packs are also sold at the local grocery stores in Denver.
