Firefox and Internet explorer are both browsers. It depends on what your needs are. Generally, Internet Explorer is the one people go for because of its user-friendly interfaces, but Firefox is a little more complicated. I prefer to use Internet Explorer, but thats my opinion.

Firefox is an Internet browser not an Internet connection. So if you mean browser, than a lot of people will say firefox, I say Internet Explorer. It is for people that really know how to use computers and things, not for little whiny babies that want to change the color and buttons and shapes and all that other junk. Most of us here at JCSC use Internet Explorer and if it's not Internet Explorer it's Safari that we use. So Internet Explorer and Safari are great. You can download Internet Explorer at http://www.microsoft.com and Safari at http://www.apple.com If you are talking about Internet connection, than the answer would be satellite. satellite Internet is the best kind of Internet connection I have seen. It is faster surfing, faster downloads, and no phone lines and things like that. All other connections like DSL, dial-up, are mostly slow and you miss your phone calls. Firefox is not faster than Internet Explorer, except for scripting, but for standards support, security and features, it is a better choice.

However, it is still not as fast as Opera, and Opera also offers a high level of standards support, security and features.
