Whats the best juicer?

I'm pricing out juicers and I'm looking for one that will juice fruits and vegetables. Which do you feel works best and is fairly priced?

Technically it's not a juicer, but I like the vitamix all stainless model.

For actual juicers, I like that green power one (I think it's called; goes by different names too...) made in Korea, and WAY overpriced in N. America.  The ones that use the stainless gears to squeeze the juice out and the pulp comes out almost completely dry as a result.
