  1. wait til you install it so it will be at the right Angle this way your level will be right. yes it auto trans, fluid. best of luck

  2. Vinegar

  3. Kid, read up on you truck!! You keep asking what liquid to use in everything! Fill the transfer case with cool aid, the rear end with pancake batter, ranch dressing goes in the engine, and if I remember right ford trans. run great filled with bud light.

  4. I'm hoping that "was told that i CAN drive it with no liquid" was a typo, otherwise that guy's a real idiot.

Install then fill. Through a big plug, usually on the back side, about midway from top to bottom.

It 's lighter empty, and more accurate when installed, with vehicle on level ground.

Also check tranny fluid after install, especially if an Automatic.

The fluid reservoirs are not connected on an application like this one.

Probably is tranny fluid to fill transfer case, but could require synthetic depending on year.

If you had said what year, I probably could have told you already. Transfer case model also might come in handy.
