  1. Howdy it is an accepted fact that fad diets fail over 90% of the time. I advise that you take a trip to http://abe5.com/6mp its an excellent site with lots of free help and advice. I lost 8 pounds in four weeks by following their helpful advice

  2. The elliptical. It has no impact on your joints since your feet are always on the pedals, and overall it gives a great workout! In an hour you can burn 600+ calories and it is not hard to do. So I would suggest doing that if you want a really great workout, without developing joint pain (like you would with, say, running, since its hard on your joints...you get the picture)...so good luck! :)

  3. I would say the Concept 2 Rowing Machine.  A fantastic piece of equipment if you can only have one. Great for fat burning, building stamina, toning shoulders, arms and strengthening back.  Good for the legs also.

  4. Are you trying to build muscle or lose fat?

For losing fat, you'll want something like an elliptical, treadmill, bike, etc.

For building muscle, you probably want to use more free weights, and less machines. Compound movements using free weights stimulates more muscle growth than machine do, usually. I recommend including "The Big Three" in your routine. Bench press, deadlift, and squat.
