depends on how mature the girl is. GL is a good one but it might be a little bit too kiddy. cosmogirl and seventeen are good ones if the girl is a little bit more mature.

i`m 13 too but i like to read about celebrities and i like tiger beat,J-14,popstar,M,etc hope this helps

some great mags that i read when i was your age are : J-14, Twist, tigerbeat,  and quizfest.  they're a lot of fun for girls your age!!

that depends on what kind of magazine you want if you want like a beauty tip, fashion, cute hair, make-up type mgazine then i would try Seventeen. if you want a celabrity gossip magazine then i would try j-14 or popstar, maybe tiger beat. Good luck, I hope that one of those works for you.
