  1. Just let her wear the lot but make sure she applies it properly and uses the right colors.

  2. eyeshadow mascara and eyeliner..maybe some lipgloss

  3. no eyeshadow and keep away from foundation, only use it to cover pimples and stuff

im 15 and i only wear mascara, not even eyeliner and only lipgloss if my lips are dry

if you dont want her wearing makeup, tell her that it gives you wrinkles and causes skin to age quicker (this is true)

  4. -Tinted Moisturizer  (PLEASE no foundation for 13 years old skin! If she wants bad, wrinkled and damaged skin when she's in her 20's, go ahead but I would really recommend tinted moisturizer since its a lot lighter than foundation, not cloggin and still evens out skin tone pretty good. it won't offer much coverage for problem spots but you can do that with concealer. Sephora, Neutrogena, Laura Mercier are good brands for Tinted Moisturizer. Make sure you get oil-free and non clogging one for such young skin)

-Tinted Chapstick (looks natural yet still gives that perfect amount of red sheen and also moisture)

-Eyelash curler (NO mascara! I love mascara but guess what I DON'T use it. Because while it looks SO good when its applied but so many lashes fall off when taking it off! Its proven that mascara DOES make your lashes weaker and fall out. Even high brand ones. Its inevitable. So while it won't give color, eyelash curler are FAB way to go for more longer lashes that looks natural! Plus it never runs out like mascara :)

-Eyeliner with color that matches your eyes (looks more natural). A very thin line on top and a very thin line on central part of bottom lashes

  5. I'm thirteen and I have brown hair and green eyes too ( and I'm the same age.) Here's what I wear:

eyes: mascara, and a little brown eyeliner on the top of my eyelid and on the bottom just  by the corner of my eyes. Then I smudge it with a Q-tip to make it more natural.  Then I found the PERFECT eyeshadow which was a really pretty, natural peachy-gold and dust it on my lids.

    face: blush

    lips: a sheer pink gloss

    maybe I helped (:

  6. Eye shadow, light eye liner, mascara, gloss. Not over accessive but still makes her feel empowering.

  7. im and this is what i wear to school:

    bottom eyeliner\

a dab of cream blush for a flushy complexion

    lip gloss

    mascara and

    gold eyeshadow.

just make sure she does not cake it on. my friends wear foundation cream pressed powder blush bronzer and concealer. they cake it on and it bugs me! i am anti pressed powder and foundation! and if anything get a loose powder one. if she has oily skin. if she has dry skin get her liquid foundation. if she has combonation skin get her a tinted mmoisturizer. go to ulta or sephora and consult.

  8. just mascara ?

if your talking about foundation ,get mineral makeup its natural and spf.

but eye make up colors not sure...you shouldnt let her make up isnt good for your skin especially if she has flawless skin now.let her be proud of who she is inside and out.

  10. i will give you a easy llok from the girl on youtube

  11. She should wear some eyeliner,  mascara, foundation, eyeshadow and lip gloss, thats what i wear and its not too heavy,  or fake looking, since she has freckles, she shouldn't wear blush, freckles are better =D

  12. she should wear some eyeliner on the bottom and mascara on the top and maybe some eyeshadow occationally.

  13. Try mineral cover for skin. It's a light powder that is all natural, and evens skin tone. You can also get mineral bronzer to lightly apply to the cheek.

A gold eyeshadow for the lids, and antique gold eyeliner for the inner rim of the eye and black mascara. This looks good with blue/green eyes, but blends in.

Clear lip gloss. Pretty, but not OTT.
