I think you should go for somthing you are going to grow into so i recomend a honda xr 200r or honda xr 200. They are a pretty cheap bike aswell if you know the year model you want.

im  13 and at the moment i am riding a yamaha YZ125cc 2007 i find this as a great bike and has many good qualities
