  1. there is no option.

The baby is an anchor baby. the mother MUST LEAVE.

The mother is not entitled to any benefits, and cannot apply for PR from inside Canada. She must leave Canada and apply from outside.

Whether or not she takes the baby with her, is a choice she will have to make.

  2. you have to go back to your own country then see if you qualify to immigrate to canada.

having a child in canada does not mean you can stay

if your caught overstaying you will be deported and may not be allowed to enter canada again

  3. She's already in trouble with immigration for overstaying.  She might squeeze by if somebody married her but that's about it.  Otherwise, she'll have to go, deal with her problems she gets from immigration, ban or whatever and it will make it much harder for her to immigrate to Canada later.  The kid can sponsor her when he/she is 18.

  4. theres not send her back to canada
