Definitely Pride and Prejudice, it's my favorite book.

They are all good, but my fav would be, Pride and Prejudice.

2nd  Jane Eyre

3rd   Wuthering Heights

4th   Sense and Sensibility

5th   Madame Bovery

I would read them in that order.

Pride and Prejudice.  I prefer Jane Austen's lighthearted with and sincerity to Flaubert's cynicism and dark humor.

Hmmmm...Persuasion is my favorite of Austen sooooo I'd have to take Wuthering Heights.

Pride and Prejudice is my favorite novel, so I'd have to go with that one.

All the books on your list are great, though. Jane Eyre is amazing, Madame Bovary interesting and sad, Sense and Sensibility excellent and Wuthering Heights very good (it takes a step down from excellent because I found both Heathcliff and Cathy annoying).
