  1. always where a sun block of

spf 15 or higher even in winter.  The sun is not your beauty friend.  Even if you don't have wrinkles now you will in the future if you don't protect.  also Lamb oil at least twice a week at night.  This can be found in breast conditioning products for nursing mothers.

  2. Rinse your hair in cooler water, not hot water to make it shiny.

Don't rub your hair with the towel if you towel dry it because it damages it, just apply the towel, wrap it on your head so it stays and leave it on for 5-10 minutes. Then comb and blow dry it or let it dry naturally.

Never use anything except a wide tooth comb to comb/brush your hair when it's wet, it causes the least amount of damage.

Blast your hair with cold air close to the cuticle after you're done blow drying your hair because it makes it shiny. Most blow dryers have a cold button you can push.

Always moisturize even if you have oily skin. Your skin may be producing more oil to make up for actually having dry skin. Just use a light non-comedogenic moisturizer for sensitive skin.

Exfoliate 1-2 times a week depending on your skin, it will make it cleaner and fresher.

Only apply eyeliner on your lower lid on the outer 1/2-1/3, it makes the eyes look larger.

When applying mascara, work from the outside corner in, this will make the outer corner lashes longer than the inner at a continuous angle. First wiggle the brush along the lash line to both separate the lashes and apply more at the base, then use a single sweeping motion up towards the end of the lashes. To apply mascara to the bottom lashes, you can use a separate mascara with a smaller brush that will accommodate the smaller area to work with.

Apply a little bit of white eyeliner or eyeshadow highlighter to the inner corner of your eyes to make them look brighter.

When doing your eyebrows, never try to make them exactly the same. Think of them as sisters, not as twins. If you try to make them look exactly the same you will be frustrated and might overpluck or shape them incorrectly for that side. They will never be identical.

Do not touch your face! When you touch your face during the day, you might as well be rubbing your face all over everything else your hands have touched, like bacteria and grime.

All of these have helped me. They aren't all makeup but they're all beauty tips.

  3. cocoa butter does wonders

oh n you no where you get this day when you just feel like your so ugly???

    i have that

and you no what jump in the bath and shave and remove unwanted hair

you will feel more beautifull lol

    and

when you go out DO UR SELF UP

YOU NEVER KNOW WHO UR GNNA BUMP INTO

  4. drink loads of water and ALWAYS use moisturiser!

  5. It's a toss-up between "pluck & shape your eyebrows" and "less is more." I look 10 times better without all the heavy makeup and thick unshaped eyebrows.

Every fashion magazine comes out with a "how to shape your eyebrows" article pretty regularly, or you can look up tips on the internet. As for cutting back on the heavy makeup, that's easy--substitute tinted moisturizer or light foundation for the heavy coverage stuff, light shimmer instead of metallic highlighters, lipgloss for lipstick (or natural colors of lipstick), natural eyeshadows.

Oh yeah, and I agree with everybody who mentioned using sunscreen daily. It does make a difference. I look 10 years younger than my friends who use tanning beds and laid out in the sun. They, on the other hand, look about 10 years older.

  6. where eye makeup and straighten my hair

  7. Pluck your eyebrows its a natural look. :D

  8. The best advice I ever received about my appearance has to be from my Dermatologist. She told me about using sunblock so I won't freckle or burn, that I should always make sure to use hypoallergenic products on my skin regardless if it is skin

care or makeup, always wash my face at night to let my skin

'breathe,' and how to keep my skin looking it's absolute best.

Her information has been invaluable to me and my family. I knew when my husband or kids needed to go to see the Dermatologist and what I could purchase for their problems to also keep them looking good. I take pride in how our skin and clothes look and if I do not like the way something looks, then I tell them about it and they do what they need to do to keep looking their best.

Skin care is probably one of the most important things that I have ever learned. If you don't take care of your skin the right

way, then it isn't going to look the best that it possibly can.

The tips I received from taking a modeling class helped me, as well. My teacher taught me how to use cosmetic sponges, wedges and brushes to apply makeup so that it looks natural. She also told me what colors looked good on me and ones that didn't look good at all.

As for having a make-over in a major department store, that was the worst lesson I ever had. This makeup consultant had way too much makeup on me and I looked like a hooker. Lol. As soon as I got home, I used my facial wash to remove every

    single thing this woman did.

Everything needs to be done in moderation where makeup is concerned and this woman had me looking like a clown with all the bright colors and just how much makeup she caked on me. Geez, it was the worst I have ever looked wearing all of

my makeup and I never went back that store when I knew for certain that she might be there.

And some of these department store makeup advisors or self-proclaimed specialists actually said I looked good with

all that junk (not even hypoallergenic items either) on my face.

Ugh! My husband hated the way I looked, too! Then I knew for certain that she had done a horrible job and that it wasn't just me thinking that I looked like a 'lady of the evening standing on a corner!'    ;)

I don't know if this is going to be of any help to you, but I sure

hope so.  Best of luck to you!   ☺
