  1. Rochester New York

  2. If you like gold, Phoenix, AZ

  3. Why not Washington DC?

  4. You cant come and not see the capital. Go to DC. Theres museums, art galleries, clubs if you arent a geek like me. It has everything you need for an amazingly unforgettable time.

  5. New York, Las Vegas, Chicago, LA, Washington DC, The Florida Keys

I live near Chicago, so I would probably go to LA or Vegas if I had the choice.  LA is proably the farthest for you to travel.  Florida is nice in October, there are lots of museums in DC, Chicago and New York have a similiar feel- lots of shopping, theater, museums, restaraunts, ect.

  6. The best place would be connecticut. Its close to NYC, and Massachussets. There are lots of towns with great stores, and you can go to a historical place. The leaves are always changing colours in Oct., and its truly stunning.

  7. sure  go to New York Autumn has the best weather of the year, still warm hardly any Humidity and crisp nights

  8. We get Tons of UK visitors in Santa Barbara, CA. In Oct, we have the best weather in the country, it stays 75-80 all year around. Santa Barbara is an Oceanside community, we have world class restaurants, great bars, we are on the ocean, 20 minutes from wine country (We go every weekend), 1 1/2 hours from Disneyland, very tourist friendly. Try us out on the West coast, we are very laid back and you'd have a great time! You could do Hearst's castle ( a 2 hour drive) learn to Surf, taste great wine, wonderful shopping, very walking friendly! Our sister city is Santa Barbara in Spain. Go to Flickr.com and do a search for santa barbara and you'll see what it looks like. The East coast and the West coast of the USA are like different countries. I used to fly back and forth for work.
