definatly devon! plymouth or exeter, beautiful country side, loads of things to see and do, gorgous beaches, near newquay, lovely easy going relaxed way of life, great pastys lol! i live in plymouth and i would never move somewhere else in the country, maybe abroard but definatly not up the line, it just gets more expensive and there is more crime. come to devon and enjoy the beaches and a scone with jam and devon clotted cream, mmmmmmmmm!

Good question and after lots of thinking I feel that the UK is not a great place to live these days.  The UK has gone PC, human rights, compensation mad.  You can't break wind in the UK in case it smells like pork and upsets our Muslim 'brothers'.  I can't convience you that the UK is great, it is up to you in the end and that is why I'm out of this Country in September.

I think it depend on your lifestyle!

If i had to pick for you i would go for somewhere in costal maybe newquay (in cornwall) It has quite areas for living but very easy access to anything you could possibly need!
