Singapore. Went there on holiday this year and just fell in love. Its english speaking, there is no crime to speak of and it is so advanced. The laws are strict, but its for the better.

South Africa?? I live in SA and u dont want to live here.

Too much crime, a corrupt government and terrible service delivery. We do get sun however.

Iceland. Pretty much the same as the states but without the unemployment and poverty rates and the government and employers take much better care of their people but it's not an easy country to move to. Lots of red tape. Guess they want to keep it nice.

Well from my experience life hasn't been easy no matter where I have been. If your unhappy with your life in general you will be unhappy wherever you go! I left my home town when I was 17 and moved from Missouri to Minnesota. I disliked it here and I missed my family. Most members of my family died and I was unable to be with my family in their time of need. If you were to move don't move so far away. Maybe move to a different town in the same state. First figure out what is making you so unhappy. Try making more friends and realize you differences with whom you having trouble with, if your having any trouble with someone or if your really bored. I know what it is like to feel unloved by friends, but this doesn't last forever you know. Also don't let problems run you off. It just bites you in the butt later. I miss my family and the support they gave me. I am moving back to Missouri in Febuary.

I am being serious when I say this... In a state of contentment.  It does not matter where your physical body is, it is the state of your mind at peace and delighted that will make every place or any place bloom for you.  There are as many locations that are wonderful to people as there are people.  You will only get subjective answers as it is subject to how they feel about a place.  I love beaches and my friend Lyn thinks that is a terrible place to her.  She has fair skin and would fry and look like a boiled lobster so she can't understand my love of the sea and oceans.  My daughter loves to live on the ocean on a ship or boat.  My son made his home in an industrial town and is happy.  So different things for different people as to location.  I loathe city life.  I am a country person at heart.  So I live in a tiny town of 400.  It is more than enough for me.  Yet I a sister-in-law thought my place was dull to the extreme.  She needed the life of a city to keep her high.  You need to work out what you want in life and find happiness with it, then the place will be ideal that you choose.

Oregon!  We have everything here! You can go to the coast to surf, the lake to tube and wakeboard, hit the mountain for snowboarding, we have some of the BEST Rodeo's EVER, Our state parks are out of this world!!, we have everything from the extreamly soggy wet coast to the beautiful green valley to the High desert!   Oregons just the best!
