myxer.com seams to be the best because you can make ur own as well as get some from others who made ringtones as well, but do be carefull because there are some that do cost money (mainly $0.99) either than that its good. also you can download wall papers and videos from this website.

the website www.phonezoo.com gives you as many as you want free ringtones. as long as you have unlimited texting the ringtones will cost you nothing,(if u don't have unlimited texting the ring tones cost u 1dollar cuz it counts as a picture message) i do it all the time. the ringtones are made by the people that r signed up with it. u just have to sign up and even that is completely free. that site has thousands of ringtone from the most popular music to f**t noises to high frequency pitches that adults can't hear.

I have used myxer.com.  I didnt pay anything for the tones I got but there are some you do pay for but its easy to steer clear of them b/c it says point blank if it costs anything or not.  Quality isnt always good but its there.Hope it helped.
