Whats the best place to go on vacation in Mexico?

My family and i want to go to Mexico, and want to be somewhere close to the beach...

i know nothing about travelling to Mexico...sooo any help will be appreciated :]

Mexico City for the museums and the culture and then in bus 5 hours to Acapulco Beach. Best Wishes from Mexico.

u know whats a great place..i think it's better than cancun and acapulco...go to the CENOTES! cenotes are like these huge undeground pools of fresh, clear, clean water. astecas used it as a water resource back in the day.

you tube "CENOTES in yucatan or dos ojos" i guarantee you will LOVE IT!!

Everybody is headin' to Cancun and Puerto Vallerta. Both beautiful cities but overrun with tourist..............

I travel and submerse myself in the culture. Off the beaten path so to speak.

This gives me real knowledge about the people , culture , food etc............

I'm retired in Acapulco. Yes tourist come here but not on the scale of Cancun. It has a price range for all budget's. this is the reason Mexicans vacation here.

Wont advise on where to go , but decide what it is your truly looking for and then inquire back,
