Since you asked this question in the homescholling section I am assuming you meant "Where is the best place to live if you are homeschooled" My answer would the be Michigan USA. Homeschooling is very easy in this state, you don't have to take states test or report anything to the state. It is very nice.

This isn't a question with a single answer.  It depends on who you are, what your interests are, what life style you want to have, and so on.

I've lived in many different places around the world.  Each place that I've lived in has its advantages and disadvantages, and what might be an advantage to one person, could be a disadvantage to another.  For example, some people would love a place with lots of people, cultural institutions, businesses and activities, while others might prefer the quiet, simple life of a remote area.

I would have to say that the best area to live is one that meets your own needs.  And it works best if that place includes your loved ones and if you have learned to make the best of whatever situation you are in.

not south wales tis where im from but west wales is gawwjus compared to anywer ive been in the uk (and i have travelled quite a bit) its not like the typical stereotype of wales of lots of sheep and a strong welsh accent. Welsh is spoken alot out there but its mainly the older folk. the countryside is lovely and its hotter than alot of the uk because of the warm air blown up along the gulf from the caribean...
