Well, Yahoo may put a hit on me for saying this, but the Google search engine is the best. Use this link: http://images.google.com/advanced_image_... and enter in what you want. It's fairly simplistic.

The only real problem is that the filter system is a bit hit-or-miss. Even the "moderate filtering" option will remove images of teddy bear quality. However, the "no filtering" option can bring back some odd if not outright perverted images, even for seemingly "safe" searches. Just keep in mind that you are surfing the web, be smart.
