Whats the best price I can get a rws panther .22 Air Rifle for, where is the best price? On line or in store?

Question

no scope or anything but quality sights, just the gun. Any other input on another in the same class (quality .22 air rifle under $200, hitting close to or over 900 fps)

RWS Mendoza rm 600 is also of high interest, as is a

RWS 34

no .117, but .22 or larger is great

any other good info on sites that are usually selling at really good prices is also more than welcome.

Search some of these sites and check some of these links, some are .177 but .22 are close if they are available. Auction sites can be good if you are willing to look around a lot, spend a lot of time looking, checking up, and wait for a long time to find a good deal.

You can get a refurbished .22 2003 model Mendoza with a scope, which hold 8 pellets for 150 plus S&H and Tax from Cabela's, the link is there. That gun just smokes at around 950 fps in .22.

You can find the RWS for around $200 + S&H and tax in some of those sites, but they are sold out. Watch close though, RWS is getting some of their stuff made in China and Mexico lately and the quality isn't what the reputation has been.

Pyramydair.com is pretty good.  I thnk they are temporarily out of stock though on the .22 RWS Panther 34.  I bought one in the end of June and it is awesome.  I have only used a scope on mine, but it does have some acceptable looking tru-glo sights on it.

The .22 version of the RWS Panther 34 will hit hard. I used 3/8 inch plywood as a backstop and was surprised to find that every shot went through.

Im getting a crosman quest 800x, its .22 cal and about $15 more than the .177 cal. quest. So its like $120....at most
