I like Nero 7 Premium Reloaded 7.11.6.0 FULL, the total file size after installation is 473 mb's. If you have bitcomet you can go to mininova.org, sumotorrent.com or even fulldls.com and look for that file. Does movies, cds anything as a matter of fact can even make ringtones for your cellphone.

Nero Burning Rom(try the lite edition) or Ashampoo Burning Studio. They both are very good.

I've used Nero, Roxio, and Sonic and they are all very good. If you are looking for a free one, Burn4Free is pretty good, but some antiviruses detect it as adware, so you will have to add it to your white list.
