Whats the best protein powder brand to buy in UK?

It all really depends on what your goals are. There are plenty of protein products out there but the difference in calories per serving are enormous.

I have used Maximuscle products in the past and have had good results but many of my colleagues say that it their products are aimed at "gym queens".

Muscletech and Reflex are other good brands but can be quite expensive, like I said earlier, your goals and expectations (and budget) should determine which product you choose.

Regardless of which one you go for, make sure you check the nutritional details of each type. There are protein shakes out there which will give you 1000 calories per serving, ideal if you are a hard core bodybuilder but not so good if you want to tone up.

My advice is to go on a fitness supplement website and you should find  some guidance on products to suit your goals.

bodyfortress i love or optimum protein i suggest going on amazonuk look up those protein powders if not EAS if thats available there really they are all the same though just priced higher cuz they taste better or brand name
