Whats the best putter in golf?

I agree with the one that works. I had an old putter that all of my golf buddies teased me about and made me feel cheap. I screwed up and gave into pressure. Since then I have tried over a dozen top of the line, most popular, high priced putters AND have never putted as good as I used to. The price tag, popularity and style looks good at the clubhouse, but when the tournament  or cash is on the line, I want my old walmart, puttputt, rusted out too short old school putter back. I might not sink them all but I would never 3 putt and had the confidence that I would sink anything inside 30' (Although we all know that is not realistic)

i have an orlimar putter and i like it alot but teitilist and oddsey are probably sell the most but there expensive

Putter choices are like whatever style of underwear you like.   its a you thing.....go with what you like and feel the most confident with.....No matter what brand you end up with.

Personally I use a Scotty Cameron,,,,, they are a bit more pricey..but they have a great weight.... Also look at Ping....they make a very nice putter.

I don't think it matters, my sister has a fancy set of king corbra irons, woods and putter, she still stinks.  I have a set of old Dunlop irons that I bought from a sporting goods store 10 years ago and still beat her.  Buy what you can afford, a Ping putter isn't going to help you get it in the hole any better than my Dunlop.  Spend the extra money on lessons.
