For breakfast, try Kimo's.

For lunch, Bistro Pierre.

For evening meal, 60 Hope Street.

For family event, Golden Phoenix.

I know of a little Italian restaurant on the UPPER SIDE side of the city that is the best.......

really depends what your after?  i could recomend a number of places,

italian? id say Bella Pasta in town centre

chinese? id say golden pheonix also in town centre

indian? id have to say the modern tandori on wavertree high street

as for your steak and chicken etc id say the tavern on allerton road.

personally, the restaurant in the adelphi hotel is a great place to eat.

i go there after work (i work in the hotel, as a banqueting waiter)

food is lovely!!
