  1. hamsters. they are very kind and playful

  2. lmao even though this isnt on here

    CHINCHILLAA <333 =]

  3. I would pick a hamster because they are smaller and easier to take care of but don't get a rat because they are ugly and gross.

  4. a rat mine new its own name she was very nice they are very clean too i loved her but i reccomend getting two because they are very social

  5. Well Guinea pigs are cuddly and loving..they are content so sit down on the coach with you and watch tv.. or even sit on your lap when your on the computer..

  6. It's a personal preference, maybe do some research on them all and figure out what one you think is best for you. Hope this Helps!!!=)

  7. a rat hands down!

  8. A rat is for watching their antics, a guinea pig is for cuddling. A hamster is a cross- they are sorta insteresting to watch, but can be cuddled a bit too.

Hamsters are the easiest to take care of, Guinea pigs are the hardest. Rats are in between.

Rats are really smart, hamsters are pretty dumb. Guinea pigs are a cross.

Hamsters are cheap, Guinea pigs and rats are more expensive.

    Hamsters are nocturnal.

So, just pick the pet that matches the most in my list of what you want as a pet.

  9. None of the above.  I loved my chinchillas.  They are soft furry balls of love and the funnest to watch at play.  I had an area set up that they could run free and they were so funny.  They even got along with our black lab.   Besides, buying chins saves them from becoming coats.

  10. So far, I've enjoyed rats the most.  Mine never bit me.  They can run around the room and have fun and sometimes they do funny stuff.  They're very loveable and very social and just want to climb all over you.  Their cleanup is just about the same as all other rodents, you'd need a bigger cage than you would with a hamster.

  11. After you read this, why don't you chose for yourself?

    Rat.

Rat's are fun to play with, they are very smart, and you can teach them a lot of tricks. They need daily interaction with his/her owner, and lots of fruits and veggies.

    Male Rats Pros

    Easier to find

    Not as curious as females

    Male Rat Cons

    Twice as big as Females

    Very Strong odor

    Greasier Fur

    Female Rats Pros

They are more welcoming to new cage mates

    They have a sweet smell

    Female Rats Cons

    Guinea Pig

Guinea Pigs rarely bite, but they need daily exercise. They also can't produce Vitamin C on their own.

Loves to nibble on your fingers or toes

    Cons

    They need Vitamin C daily

    Hamsters

Hamsters are fun loveable friends who always love to crawl through tubes. Since they are always looking for a chance to escape, they are nick-named Hamster Houdini.

Can learn a lot of tricks

Will crawl through any kind of tube

Always Curious and full of adventure

    Cons

His/Her wheel will make some noise

I have had a Hamster and Guinea Pig before. I had to research about rats though.

  12. I have had all three kinds of animals and I think i had the most fun with the rat, he was more interactive than the others and wanted to be with me, and play.

  13. I personally enjoy guinea pigs because they have more body for you to cuddle with. Hamsters don't usually form strong bonds with humans and are harder to interact with. The are fun pets to watch for half an hour and then it becomes rather boring. Rats can be really fun, but rats aren't the cuddliest pets. I suggest getting a guinea pig! ;)

  14. It's really your choice. I personally would say rats, as they are friendly and sweet, and make fabulous pets. Guinea pigs are also great, but can be very timid unless you get them from a proper breeder. Hamsters can be nippy, as can gerbils, but I guess it depends on the one you choose.

You could look after friends pets when they go away for a few days or so, and see which ones you like best. You could also just hang around at your local small pet shop (it's what I do!) and handle the animals. Then if you find one you really like, you could buy it.

    Wish you luck!

    xx

  15. I have to say a Guinea pig. I've had hamster, smaller hamsters, rats, guinea pigs and mice. Guinea pigs are more interesting to watch, more friendly, more like a little dog actually. they have their own personality if you ask me. I never had a guinea pig till a few months ago..and now I'm glad to have one.
