A family owned pizza place/bar down the road from us has the best. Its called a Shorty's Combo - on a 6 inch roll with genoa salami, cappicola ham, pepperoni, provolone cheese and choice of toppings. I get lettuce, tomato, onion, mayo, mustard and banana peppers. You can get it hot or cold but in my book hot is the only way to go!
