Herbal Essences is the best shampoo I've ever come across.

I have naturally dry and thick hair so it worked a treat.

Conditioners: More than any other hair type, women with coarse, curly hair must condition every time they shampoo. Look for an ultra-moisturizing conditioner made especially for coarse hair. Once a month use a hot oil treatment. For extra-dry hair, use an intense moisturizing treatment every 2 weeks.

Don't blow dry the hair as this will make the hair more dryy.

Sunsilk is the best. If you have overly damaged hair then i would use a hot oil treatment or deep conditioning, and that would help.

I would say instead of worrying about shampoo, you should get a deep conditioner.  Aussie makes a good one that is stronger than normal conditioner.

you need to use Garnier Fructis Moisture Works Shampoo and conditioner then use then use their sleek and shine deep conditioner if you want your hair healthy and moisturized  really fast follow up with sleek and shine anti frizz serum just make sure you buy their shampoo and conditioner separately they are trying out a 2-in-1 shampoo and conditioner right now that does not work half as well for revitalizing dry hair Good luck and I hope you get your hair the way you want it

herbal essance sorry if thats spelled wrong thats what i use but i use the one meant for long hair and that ones makes my hair really soft and all but I have used everyone and they work grreat 2.
