Whats the best size mtb for me ?

i am going to be looking into building myself a full suspension mountain bike, but i dont know what size frame to get, i am 5'9" tall, and i measured 31" from foot to crotch.

mtbikes usually max out at 23 inches some make larger sizes 23 is suitable for your height

17.5" but if you are smart, get a specialty bike shop to measure you.

Based on your inseam a med. (17.5~18) frame.

But just to be sure go to a bike shop and get fitted if you can, better to be safe than end with a bike that doesn't fit well.

a medium (17.5-18) should fit you fine. i'm 5'10 and i have a large (19.5), but it feels like your all stretched out. really go see if you can find a bike like it or it and sit/try it out and see what frame size feels the best. i know people who are 6'2 and prefer to ride a small (16.5) frame.
