Whats the best skateboard that I should buy but not too expensive?

Just get a plain deck for $20 and build it yourself. Buy some trucks/bearrings + everything else you need at a price you can afford.

get a blank deck at the shop.  china bones reds are decent for the price.  some blank wheels and whatever type of trucks are cheap, ask the guy at the shop though, he'll steer you strait on them, but dont let him sell you stuff you dont need.
