Whats the best small dog to buy?

i wanna really cute little dog that doesnt grow much but i dont want it to cost a ton of money or it to be crazy and do nothing but bark i just wanna calm cute little dog do u have any suggestions???? please help :D

A rat terrier. They are REALLY CUTE!!!!!!! I had one he was so CUTE! But only get a dog if you are willing to care for it. P.S. they don't look like rats.

Possibly a pomeranian or a pug. I have a beagle and she is small and only barks at my cat.

Small dogs are yappers usually and you don't sound very committed at all to having a dog. Dogs are a huge responsibility and shouldn't be bought solely because they are "cute"

well, u could buy a miniature dachshund because they are very sweet and small. They dont bark a lot but they may when you first bring them home. I would consider getting one. I love mine! in fact i may get a 2nd sometime

Get a Schison...It's a hybrid mix between a Bichon Frise and a Shih Tzu. They are small, calm, and were primarily bred for autistic kids. I have one and he's really low maintenance....they are hard to find, though. Good luck!
