  1. As the people people have told you, you need to bring a stool sample to the vet.  Not all worms can be seen with the naked eye and it's very possible that your dog has more than one type of worm,  which the vet will know when he looks through a microscope.

This is only one reason for never using an over the counter worming medication.  They are  usually made to only work on one type of worm, and even then, they will not work as effectively as what the vet will give you.

  2. the vet

  3. Take the fecal sample and the puppy to the vet.  He needs his puppy shots if you want him to live a long, healthy life.

  4. Just bring him/her to the vet. They use the most effective medicine. Besides you should bring your dog in for a gerneral health checkup and first puppy shots.

  5. Take a fecal sample to the vet, they prescribe the wormer & dosage. The OTC c**p doesn't work .

  6. Bring a fecal sample to vet and see what type of worms it has, the vet will prescribe treatment from there.

This puppy needs to see a vet, especially since its not eating.

OTC wormers are ineffective at best, and harmful at worst.
