Whats the best tasteing ethnic cuisine to you?

hands down for me Thai food is. one meal in perticular i have no idea how they make it but its called pineapple tangerine chicken...served with fried or white rice. i get half fried half white rice. then you put the rice in witht the chicken and omg its just to good. dab a bit of soy sauce and youve got a meal made in heaven right there.

but i want to hear some of your fav ethnic cuisines or a fav meal from that cuisine you cant get enough of.

Indian is my comfort food... when i have a bad day its the first thing that can console me. When I'm finished its like i have this warmness in my chest and i just beam. :)

For me it is Indian food.  I love Chicken Tikka Masala.  I try to make it at home and it never tastes right.  I also love the experience of going to the restaurant with all of the different types of naan bread and chutneys.  Now I'm getting hungry!

my all time favorite is General Tso's, the sweet & spicy sauce on fried chicken, and put the extra over the rice... d**n I am hungry now!

I am from louisiana so i love creole and soul food. The best dish is corn maque choux and it is a simple dish that  contains corn, green bell pepper, tomatoes, onion, and sometimes garlic and celery. It is all cooked in bacon grease.

I looooove Mexican food. And recently, I have fallen in love with Indian food. Its so flavorful & spicy!! yum!
