Whats the best teeth whitener?

i've asked my dentist and he said that doing it himself is better but it costs around £300 quid and i cant afford it, so i want some tooth paste that could whiten them or a gum shield thing, anything! something cheep and you can by in local shops! thankyou.

crest whitening strips i have found to be very good. you can get them off ebay. i got 56 strips for fifteen pounds.

Use clorox, if that fails, try a mix of chalk and elmers glue to put a fresh coat of white on... if that doesn't hold, just be happy you have teeth, and try to keep em clean. Whiteness isn't a huge issue, it's a vanity

crest whiting strips, you can buy them from any drug store or you can get them from your dentist that are more concentrated they cost around $70 and they are totally worth it =)

they have done test on tv to find the best teeth whiteing products and none of them were any good best thing you can do is go to a few dentists and get quotes. it may be a bit expensive but its worth it and once the works done you will be able to maintain that look

Over the counter teeth whiteners can only restore your teeth to their natural enamel colour, they can not lighten them beyond that. All they do is remove tea, coffee and wine stains etc...my advice is to save up for the dentist, the bleach he uses is a LOT stronger than what is allowed in those shop bought varieties. Save your money they don't work.

I’ve used Crest Whitestrips and find they work very well. They are an American product and can be bought through ebay.
