Thats not true david, if you make a deposit of over $10,000 you have to file a form with the IRS.  So make 3 deposits of   $9,900  Also it doesn't matter to him, he is the buyer and not the seller.

Like everybody said - BANk CHECK.

BUT !!!

Make sure you go to the bank with the buyer and SEE him buy the check.  That way you know he didn't just print it out on a color printer.
