Whats the best thing that clears up acne besides proactive and that i can buy in stores?

i want it so that itll clear all or almost all of it in 15 before school starts i dont have bad acne i have a couple on my bottom face i have kinda alot on my forehead cause i have long hair and stuff

1) Cook oatmeal and apply on face for fifteen minutes and wash.

2) Make a warm bath with blanch of nettle and rosemary.

3) Apply equal amount of lemon juice and rose water with a cotton ball and wash it after haif an hour for 15 to 20 days.
